Rib Steaks are the bone-in version of a ribeye, occasionally referred to as a "Cowboy Cut". Rib steaks are exactly the same quality as a ribeye, you just have to cut around a bone (which adds more flavor)! 

Rib steaks vary from 1-2lbs per steak.
